أعلن الطّرفان أمس وقفًا لإطلاق النّار يبدأ منتصف اللّيل، بعد مفاوضاتٍ استمرّت ثلاثة أسابيع بوساطة دولةٍ مجاورةٍ. وينصّ الاتّفاق على انسحاب القوّات من المدن خلال عشرة أيّامٍ، وعلى فتح الطّرق أمام المساعدات. لكنّ السّكّان يقولون إنّهم لن يرجعوا إلى بُيُوتِهِمْ قبل أن يروا الجنود ينسحبون فعلًا.
