من بنود عقد الإيجار: يدفع المستأجر الإيجار في أوّل كُلِّ شهرٍ. الإصلاحات الصّغيرة، مثل تغيير المصابيح، على نفقة المستأجر، والكبيرة على نفقة المالك. ولا يُسْمَحُ بتغيير لون الجدران إلّا بموافقة المالك. وإذا أراد أحد الطّرفين إنهاء العقد، فعليه أن يخبر الآخر قبل شهرين.
